St. Peter, Minnesota, the Frederick A. Donahower house is the ideal setting to archive your legacy. This Italianate mansion
is set amidst the restaurants, parks, churches and shops of this historic river town. Built in 1876, the house was place
on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Rates for 2005
Sunday - Thursday $450 per night + tax
(only $38 per person, per night based on full occupancy)
Friday
- Saturday $650 per night + tax
(only $55 per person, per night based on full occupany)
Prices are per night, not
per person. Rate remains the same regardless of number of renters. Maximum occupancy is twelve persons. Friday and Saturday
night arrivals require a two night minimum. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Prices do
not include tax rate of 6.5%

The Donahower House offers approximately 4000 square feet of space to enjoy your craft and fellowship. This 6 bedroom historic
home will give everyone the space they need, with all the amenities of home. You can spread out, create and not worry about
putting anything away when you turn in for the night. Our comfortable cropping rooms include large tables, comfy chairs,
plenty of lighting, as well as a grand assortment of scrapbooking tools. You will also have access to a computer, printer
and, of course, a CD player.
